FBI & Cincinnati Police Search For Suspect After 9 Wounded In Nightclub Shooting

Federal authorities joined local police Monday in the search for a suspect in a weekend nightclub shooting in Cincinnati that wounded nine people. The nine were hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries after shots rang out around 1 a.m. Sunday inside the music venue Riverfront Live. Interim Cincinnati Police Chief Adam Hennie said all the victims were in stable condition. The FBI was working with the Cincinnati Police Department on the investigation, said spokesperson Todd Lindgren, and the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives offered a $5,000 reward for information identifying a suspect. Though it occurred almost simultaneously to a deadly bar shooting in Austin, Texas, which is being investigated as a potential act of terrorism, authorities in Ohio have not provided any details about a motive in the Cincinnati shooting. Bill Halusek, spokesperson for the Cincinnati ATF, said that at this time, the Cincinnati shooting is not suspected to be an act of terrorism. Jermaine Tandy, also known as DJ Fresh, was hosting a birthday celebration at the venue, according to a post on his Facebook page. Management representing DJ Fresh said they were “devastated” by the events that took place during the celebration. “Our hearts go out to the victims, their families, and everyone impacted by this senseless act of violence," the statement said. "This event was intended to be an opportunity for us to come together and enjoy great music; and have fun celebrating life, it is deeply frustrating that the actions of one individual ruined the evening for so many.” According to the post, the venue owners were responsible for security at the event under the DJ's rental agreement. Riverfront Live sits along the Ohio River not far from Riverbend Music Center and often draws customers from concertgoers to the much larger outdoor venue, which is closed in winter. It was rebranded Riverfront Live in 2018 after gaining attention for criminal activity. Portions of the property have also held the names Stage Forty-Three and Inner Circle, but it is best known as the former site of the iconic rock club Annie’s, which hosted performances in the 1990s and early 2000s of well-known rock acts.

House Panel Releases Videos Of Bill & Hillary Clinton Answering Questions About Epstein

Videos of former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton answering questions about convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein have been released by a House committee investigating the late financier. The depositions spanned hours over two days last week. Bill Clinton told the committee he had ended his relationship with Epstein years before the financier entered a guilty plea in 2008 to soliciting prostitution from an underage girl. Hillary Clinton said she never recalled meeting Epstein. Still, they faced hours of questioning from lawmakers who are searching for accountability for anyone who was aware of or ignored Epstein’s abuse of underage girls.

Savannah Guthrie Returns To Her Mother’s Home In First Sighting There Since Disappearance

“Today” show host Savannah Guthrie and her sister returned to their mother’s home outside Tucson on Monday in their first sighting at the house since Nancy Guthrie went missing a month ago. The NBC anchor, her sister Annie Guthrie and brother-in-law Tommaso Cioni walked arm-in-arm down the driveway, laid down yellow flowers and embraced each other in a tearful scene. The makeshift tribute at the edge of the property includes flowers, yellow ribbons, crosses, prayers, a sign that read “Let Nancy Come Home” and a statuette of an angel. Nancy Guthrie’s children have previously appeared in videos in which they pleaded for their mother’s return, most recently with a social media posting from Savannah Guthrie in which she said the family was offering a $1 million reward for information leading to the recovery of their mother. Nancy Guthrie was last seen at her home on Jan. 31 and was reported missing the following day. Authorities believe the 84-year-old was kidnapped, abducted or otherwise taken against her will. Drops of her blood were found on the front porch, but authorities haven’t publicly revealed much evidence.

Later, Josh reacts to the terror attack in Austin, Texas, and discusses why heightened awareness and vigilance are especially important during moments of global tension. Lisa Daftari, Editor-in-Chief of The Foreign Desk, also joins the show to discuss insight into the situation inside Iran and what could come next following the strikes.

Trump Says He Ordered U.S. Strikes On Iran To Thwart Tehran's Nuclear, Missile Programs

U.S. President Donald Trump said on Monday he ordered the attack on Iran to thwart its nuclear and ballistic missile programs, vowing to pursue the war for as long as necessary. He said, without providing evidence, the threat from Iran had been imminent when he made the decision to order the strikes. The attacks have killed Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, sunk Iranian warships and hit more than 1,000 targets so far. "This was our last best chance to strike ... and eliminate the intolerable threats posed by this sick and sinister regime," he said at an event in the White House East Room. Trump was back at the White House after a weekend in Florida and the comments were his most extensive yet about the war, going beyond two video messages and a series of brief phone interviews with reporters that offered sometimes conflicting objectives. Trump, who had long advocated ending U.S. involvement in overseas wars, said the U.S. military campaign in Iran was going ahead of schedule, without providing details. He said the U.S. campaign had been projected to last four to five weeks but that it could go longer. “We have the strongest and most powerful, by far, military in the world, and we will easily prevail. We're already substantially ahead of our time projections. But whatever the time is, it’s okay. Whatever it takes," he said. "Right from the beginning, we projected four to five weeks, but we have capability to go far longer than that," he said. A central premise of the fight was to prevent Iran from developing a nuclear weapon, which Tehran has denied doing, and thwart its long-range ballistic missile program, Trump said. "An Iranian regime armed with long-range missiles and nuclear weapons would be an intolerable threat to the Middle East, but also to the American people," Trump said. Trump's claim that Iran will soon have ballistic missiles that can hit the United States is not backed by U.S. intelligence reports, and appears to be exaggerated, Reuters reported last week, citing three sources familiar with the reports. Trump said U.S. forces had knocked out 10 Iranian ships - "they're at the bottom of the sea" - and expressed confidence about how the campaign was going. "Today, the United States military continues to carry out large-scale, combat operations in Iran to eliminate the grave threats posed to America by this terrible, terrorist regime," Trump said. He said the objectives of the war included annihilating Iran's navy and the long-standing U.S. goal of preventing Iran from supporting militant groups elsewhere in the region. Trump noted the loss of four American service personnel in the fight so far, adding: "In their memory, we continue this mission with ferocious, unyielding resolve to crush the threat this terrorist regime poses to the American people."

US says Kuwait mistakenly shot down 3 American jets

Kuwait's air defenses mistakenly shot down three U.S. F-15 fighter jets during active combat on Monday (March 2), U.S. Central Command said, describing it as an apparent friendly-fire incident during the conflict with Iran. Online video verified by Reuters showed a U.S. warplane falling from the sky over Kuwait. A person can be seen parachuting to the ground. U.S. Central Command said Kuwait's air defenses mistakenly shot down three American F-15 fighter jets during active combat missions against Iran on Monday. :: February 28, 2026 The U.S. and Israel launched a joint assault on Iran over the weekend, with missiles and airstrike targeting Tehran's leaders, commanders and military installations. Iran launched retaliatory strikes on neighboring Gulf states in response. The U.S. described Monday's incident as an apparent friendly-fire episode. CENTCOM said all six crew members from the three jets ejected from the aircraft safely, were recovered and are in stable condition. It said that Kuwait had acknowledged the incident and that an investigation was underway. Kuwait had intercepted hostile drones earlier on same day. In a separate incident, smoke was seen rising from the vicinity of the U.S. Embassy compound in Kuwait City. Witnesses told Reuters fire trucks and ambulances were in the area. There were no responses to requests for comment on the embassy incident from the U.S. Embassy in Kuwait, or from the U.S. State Department.

Trump crushes evil, Democrats side with it

In his hard-hitting Townhall column “Iran and Trump’s Impossibles,” Kevin McCullough nails it: President Trump did what the experts swore was impossible. The “head of the snake” is gone, U.S. strikes crippled Iran’s military, and Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei’s death has the terror regime in Tehran wobbling on the brink. Yet Democrats in Washington are once again on the wrong side of history, again.
